General Admission Policies

All showtimes and events are subject to change.

The Shelby County Fair is an outdoor event. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or safety-related cancellations.

Seating for entertainment is first-come, first-served. There is no reserved seating available, and refunds will not be given due to lack of available seating.

A valid photo ID may be required for all credit or debit card transactions.

Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the fairgrounds.

Only service animals are allowed on the grounds. No pets or non-service animals are permitted.

The Shelby County Fairgrounds is a family-friendly environment. Fair Management reserves the right to remove any individual or group from the fairgrounds for:

Misconduct or disruptive behavior

Inappropriate attire

Unauthorized gatherings or activities
Prohibited Activities & Trespass Policy
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests:

Any behavior that disrupts the fair’s activities or operations is strictly prohibited.

Individuals who engage in disruptive conduct may be asked to leave immediately.

Trespassing laws will be enforced. Law enforcement officers have the authority to arrest individuals, with or without a warrant, if there is probable cause to believe that trespassing or disruptive behavior has occurred on the fairgrounds.

Offenders may be issued a trespass notice and could face criminal charges and civil legal action
