Please note: There are no public restrooms or bathhouse facilities available on site.

This agreement is based on a month-to-month term and can be terminated at any time by the Shelby County Fair Association. The rental fee includes: use of designated site, parking for (2) vehicles at each site, electric, water and sewage utilities, & use of dumpster for general trash disposal. An overflow parking area is available for daily visitor use.

Guests shall hold Shelby County Fair Association and its Officers & employees harmless for any and all claims of liability and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees for damage to property, injury to persons, or loss of life. Guests shall maintain current insurance policies for ALL person and property located on the Shelby County Fair Grounds.
